Covid-19 Water Re-opening Details
Since the Prime ministers announcement on Sunday evening the Congleton Anglers Committee has been working on a safe and sound set of rules to open our waters to you all. COVID-19 Rules and Guidance: - As from Wednesday 13th May Goodwins Pool will re-open to fully paid members of Congleton Anglers Association 1. Strictly Members Only [No guests or visitors allowed] 2. Even peg numbers only to be used in order to maintain safe social distance, one angler per peg [Only exception being a parent or guardian in supervision of their child] 3. No night fishing 4. No keep-nets 5. All other club rules to be followed 6. All GOV.UK guidance to Stay Safe/Stay Alert to be adhered to at all times. 7. Anglers choosing to fish during the COVID-19 crisis do so entirely at their own risk and are fully responsible for the own actions. Please stay alert, stay safe and use common sense. 8. Be considerate to fellow anglers/members at all times. 9. Anyone found to be breaking these rules and/or acting inappropriately will be asked to leave immediately and may face further action. 10.
